How I build 14 income streams in my online coaching business

The biggest lessons I learned in the process

Today, I want to share with you how I build 14 income streams in the last 4 months. Here is what I learned.

FULL DISCLOSURE: I am like a walking idea generator! Every day I have about a dozen ideas (for the Human Design enthusiasts, mani gen energy all the way). Not everything sticks, but in the end....I did manage to create 14 different income streams.

I am going to share the full breakdown of the different income streams, so you can start thinking about what could work for you as well. Also I am going to share 3 Do’s and Don’ts, so you can grow your business without repeating my mistakes.

THE BREAKDOWN

Below you can see it all. All the different income streams creating a result of average 10k+ months.

Here is the strategy I recommend: Look at your positioning and what you love to do. Then come up with ideas and test them quickly. Everything that sells is a good offer.

For example, my positioning is based on strategy + consciousness. I try to go deep on both. You can see that in the offers I came up with. They are a mix of coaching, programs/deep dives, and conscious work.

Here's what I did to create these:

  • Write down the niches I am active in (strategy, consciousness)

  • Went back trough the courses I took and see what stood out (inspiration only)

  • Made a list of what I love to do (eating out in Gourmet restaurants, dancing, yoga)

  • Brainstormed on offers making a list of everything that popped up in my mind

  • Wrote down the title, list of benefits and if needed added some research

  • Promoted it on Instagram Stories

  • See if it sold. If it did? Repeat. If not, repeat with different messaging.

THE DO'S AND DON'TS

Let me get to the first DO and DON’t. This will help you NOT to make the same mistakes I have. And get to more stable months, while still feeling good!

#1 SELL HOW YOU BUY

Many people misunderstand how "sell how you buy" works.

Let me start with a very straightforward example. If you buy everything on sale, jump in early and love the discounts....It is not likely that people will buy a high ticket coaching offer from you.

It is simply not aligned with your energy.

This is a vibrational thing. The vibe in your body needs to be a match to your actions and who you are.

However, turning this around? Saying you can only sell something you bought? That is bullshit (in my humble opinion).

In the coaching world, there are many who claim that you can never ever sell something that you haven't experienced yourself. Well.....if that were true, how could a travel agency sell a holiday when the agent hasn't actually been there? Do you see what I mean?

Here is the better way.

What experiences do you like most? (Make a list, pleaaaaze!) I love to dance which was the birth of the panther and the wolf. I love to eat out in a fine-dining restaurant. That is why I launched coaching & dinner.

TAKE-AWAY Make a list of what you love and then see how you could integrate this in your business. 

That is how I interpret sell how you buy.

#2 Pick what makes you excited NOW

Ok, let’s say you have a list of 10 ideas that you’d like to launch. Which one do you choose?

In most cases…what happens is that your inner voice starts screaming. Call it the saboteur, the ego, this voice 100% comes from your brain. BUT the truth can actually be found in your body.

I learned a long-time ago what a full body yes feels like. Check out this Youtube movie on a full body yes or this article. The mind can totally trick us with old stories, outdated beliefs or misconceptions.

Our body cannot. It simply tells you the truth.

In my coaching program, I teach my clients how to do this. But for now, I would recommend that you put your list on the ground. Stand on top of it and feel which of the ideas makes you feel best.

This will probably narrow down the list a lot. AND it will help you feel the difference between a yes or a no. You might have to repeat this to get the hang of it. But this is an incredibly useful tool to use in your life. You’re welcome.

#3 Be totally fearless

Ok, I know….You publish an offer, have sky-high expectations…. and then crickets. Nothing.

Your crippling self-doubt is surfacing and ALL you want to do is STOP.

I feel you. I have been you.

If you think that everything you publish will be a success?

NOPE.

That is why I use the mantra “be totally fearless”. And you can too!

Here is how.

If you stop because you are afraid to fail, you take yourself out of the game. For some this might be a hard truth to hear… but it is very much true.

Maybe you never expect something to be a success.

Take it from me, I launch because it feels good to me. Then I keep going. No external validation can change my course. If I hesitate? I look at the self-sabotaging patterns that surface. For me it is an opportunity to heal.

But in the mean time? II keep going anyway.
