Let me start by explaining WHY whatever you're doing NOW is not working.

You have to know what problem you need to solve (and many of you are completely oblivious to what that is).

As a result? There'll be no breakthroughs happening soon. No income bursts. You'll stay stuck.

This is what you think is the problem:

- Lack of effective messaging, not knowing the latest trend on social media (yet)

- You haven't found the right strategies to reach your dream clients

- You lack knowledge about something (financials, business planning, what system to choose, subconscious coaching techniques...this really could be anything)

- You don't want to invest right now or you don't have the money.

- Not enough time. Long to-do lists.

- A feeling of overwhelm, not knowing where to start

I dare say in >90% of the conversations I have.... all these things are in fact self-sabotage. As a result, you'll never break your income ceiling because you're not solving the right problem.

Principle 1 for Liberation

Become aware of the ACTUAL problem that's causing your income ceiling

Your identity, beliefs and mindset play a massive role in your financial success.

One of the most powerful ways to uncover what's holding you back is by exploring the exhilarating concept of "Upper Limits."

This game-changing idea comes from the brilliant mind of psychologist and author Gay Hendricks. These are the invisible limits we set for ourselves.Based on our fears, doubts, and beliefs about what we deserve.

This is what prevents us from greater level of success in life AND our business. Upper limits create a comfort zone that keeps us stuck in familiar territory, even if it's holding us back.

Shockingly we' re designed to return to our comfort zone as a self-defense mechanism. And we have no idea we're doing it.

Deep down we think things such as "I don't deserve to earn more" or "I'm not capable of achieving higher income".

Sometimes we need someone to hold up a mirror and help us see what's really holding us back. And a little warning from my own experience: the outcome might surprise you!

Principle 2 for Liberation:

Discover your subconscious patterns and desires by using the mirroring technique

What you admire in others says a lot about you. It's natural to admire certain qualities in others.

In a recent YouTube video, I discussed how our attraction to coaches and mentors helps us uncover patterns in our own behavior.

Take a look at the people you've hired to help you grow your business. What common traits do they share? This can be a powerful indicator of what you value and what you're seeking in your own life.

Admiration can also reveal a desire to embody qualities that we currently lack. Ever caught yourself admiring someone for a quality you wish you had?

Well, that's your subconscious yelling "I want it too!" Don't be afraid to embrace that yearning and work towards making it a reality.

Ask yourself these questions to get more insights in your psyche:

- Who've you been hiring to help you grow your business? What do they have in common?

- What is being mirrored back to you?

- Make a list of mentors you admire. What qualities do they possess that inspire you? How do these qualities make you feel? Observe your emotional response.

- What are you avoiding that they're doing? Why?

Principle 3 for Liberation:

Liberation is NOT imitating someone else's strategy

I see this all the time and it irritates the crap out of me (I know, I know...pot, meet kettle).

You're eager to skyrocket those 10k to 20k months. So you're hyped to hire the a mentor who swears they have the ultimate system to make it happen. The system promise to deliver your dream result.

The only problem??? That system was created for someone else, not you!

Strategy is personal!

A one-size-fits-all business model won't magically work for you just because it worked for someone else.

A good mentor tells you what options you have. An even better one tells you to choose. For yourself. That's what I call LIBERATED LEADERSHIP.
